<br />FULL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MAN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Shelly D.
<br />Hamaker, an unmarried individual, Trustor to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary named therein, dated March 13, 1998 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 13, 1998 as Document
<br />Number 98- 102279, has been paid.
<br />The United Nebraska Bank, assigned its beneficial interest to Principal Residential
<br />Mortgage, Inc., by Assignment filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on March 13, 1998 as Document Number 98- 102280; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary has requested that the Full Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises only:
