TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that James R. Foster and Glenda L. Foster, husband and wife, Trustors, <br />did on or about October 16, 1997, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property: <br />O <br />"Lot 6, Block 9, Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Commercial Credit Corporation, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on the 20th day of October, 1997 in <br />Book 97, Page 108739, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on September 1, 1999 through February 1, 2000, <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has <br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and <br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real .property described in said Deed of Trust to <br />satisfy said obligation. <br />Dated this � day of February, 2000 <br />Michael .
