<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LOUIS J. SOTO, JR., A SINGLE PERSON , Trustor, to
<br />BANK OF WOOD RIVER Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of BANK OF WOOD RIVER the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated FEBRUARY 1 , 19--90----, and recorded FEBRUARY 6,
<br />19 90 ' in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 90- 100614 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed aiad delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
