<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RANDALL
<br />L. GIBSON AND LORI A. GIBSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE to OLD REPUBLIC
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of MICHAEL W.
<br />DOUGLAS, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 18, 1998 and recorded June 23, 1998
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98- 106051,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
