<br />Ruth Lucille Lush, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration
<br />of a gift, received from GRANTEE, Ruth Lucille Lush, a single
<br />person, and Cynthia Leigh Humphrey and Loren John Humphrey, Wife
<br />and Husband, conveys to GRANTEE as joint tenants with rights of
<br />survivorship, the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Being a tract of
<br />land comprising a part of the West Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (W1 /2SE1 /4) of Section Twenty (20) , Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine ( 9 ) West of the 6th P.M. ,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with
<br />the GRANTEF that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
