PUNCOCHAR, husband and wife, together herein called the <br />Grantors, for no consideration, do hereby do hereby grant, <br />assign, convey and confirm unto HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR, Trustee of <br />the HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR REVOCABLE TRUST, dated February 21, 1997, <br />and all successors in trust, the grantee, the real property <br />described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />if set forth in its entirety. To have and to hold the above <br />described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to its <br />successors and assigns forever, subject to all easements, <br />encumbrances, restrictions and covenants of record. <br />This Transfer on Death Deed is executed pursuant to the <br />Nebraska Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act and is not <br />effective to convey title to the above described real estate <br />until the death of the survivor of the Grantors.
