<br />K.C. Hehnke, a/k/a KC Hehnke and Deborah M. Hehnke, a/k/a Deborah Hehnke, a/k/a Deborah
<br />Marie Hehnke, husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in
<br />consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration received from grantee, do hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto KCD Rentals, LLC, a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />thence Northerly on an assumed azimuth of 000° 00 ", a distance of 50.00 feet
<br />along the East line of said Lot One (1) to the Northeast comer of said Lot; thence
<br />Westerly on an azimuth of 270° 38 ", a distance of 2.00 feet along the North line
<br />of said Lot One (1); thence Southerly on an azimuth of 180° 00 ", a distance of
<br />50.00 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot One (1); thence Easterly on an
