WHEREAS, the Note and indebtedness referred to in said lien instrument have been fully paid and satisfied: NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Small Business Administration, in consideration of payment and satisfaction of said indebtedness, does hereby discharge and release said real property from the lien created by virtue of said Note and indebtedness in the instrument referred to above, as well as all such other right, title, lien, whether express or implied, or claim in and to said real property as may have been created by or arisen from the transaction above mentioned.
