<br /> against any property securing the Indebfiedn�ss. This includes a garnishment of any of Trusfvr's ac�ounts,

<br /> dispute by Trustor as to the validity or reas�nahleness o�F the ciaim which is the basis of the creditar or farfeiture

<br /> Ad�erse Change. A material ad�erse change occurs in Trustvr's financial candi�ion, ar Lender belie�es the
<br /> prospec�of payment or performance of the lndebtedness is impaired.
<br /> Insecurity. Lender in good fai�h believes itse[f insecure.
<br /> Right to Cure. lf any d�fault, other than a defauit in payment, is curable and if Trus�or has not been given a notice
<br /> of a breach�f the sarne proWision of this Deed af Trus�within�he preceding twelve {1�� manths,i�may be cured if
<br /> Trustar, after Lender sends written notiGe to Trustor dernanding �ure of such default; ��f �ures the de#ault within
<br /> fifteen {15} days; ar 4�} if the�ure requires more than fi�Ft�en �15� days, immediately in��iates steps which Lender
<br /> d�ems in Lender's sole discretion to be sufficient to cure �he default and thereafter �ontinues and completes all
<br /> reasonab�e and ne�essary steps suffici�nt t❑ praduGe compliance as sn�n as reasanably practical.
<br /> RlGHTS AND RENfEDIES ❑N DEFALlLT. lf an E�ent af Default occurs und�r this Deed of Trust, at any time thereaft�r�
<br /> Trustee or L�nder may exercise any�ne or m�re af the�following rights and remedies:
<br /> Ac�eleration Upvn Default; Additional Remedi�s. lf any Event af Default accurs as per�he fierms o�f the IV�te
<br /> se�ured hereby, Lender may dealare all Indebtedness se�ured by this Deed of Trust ta be due and payable and
<br /> the same shall�thereupon becvme due and payabfe without any pres�ntmen�, demand, protest or not�ce of any
<br /> kind. Thereafter, Lender may:
