<br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />(NEBRASKA TRUST DEED)
<br />WHEREAS, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JAMES D. RILEY, SR., AND SHARON J. RILEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND JAMES D.
<br />RILEY, JR., A SINGLE MAN, as Trustor, to the undersigned, JAMES I. SHAMBERG, County
<br />of HALL, State of Nebraska, as Trustee, dated the 3RD day of MAY, 1994, and recorded on
<br />MAY 3, 1994, as Document #94- 103666, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, State of Nebraska, has been paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to written request made by THE EQUITABLE LIFE
<br />ASSURANCE SOCIETY OF THE UNITED STATES, the Beneficiary named in such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Trust Deed in that
<br />portion of the property therein described, situated in HALL County, State of Nebraska,
<br />described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(E -1/2 NW -1/4) of Section 32, Township 11 North, Range 12 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., said tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />With reference to the Northeast corner of said E -1/2 NW -1/4; thence running
<br />S 00 °52'12" E for 40.00 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of Husker
<br />Highway, said point being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing S
<br />00 °52'12" E on the East line of said E -1/2 NW -1/4 for 390.00 feet; thence on an
<br />assumed bearing of N 90 °00'00" W, parallel with the North line of said E -1/2
<br />NW -1/4 for 242.00 feet; thence N 00 052'12" W for 390.00 feet to a point on said
<br />right -of -way line, thence N 90 000'00" E on said right -of -way line for 242.00 feet
<br />to the point of beginning, said tract containing 2.166 acres, more or less.
<br />As to all other property described in the Trust Deed, the Trust Deed remains in full force
<br />and effect.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Partial
