Baack, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - described real property: <br />The Westerly One -Half of the Easterly One -Half (W 1 /2E 1 /2) in <br />Block Fourteen (14) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on <br />November 20, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 98- 111425. <br />On or about November 18, 1998, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to <br />Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded November 20, 1998, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 111426. <br />Michael E.
