Ogg and Connie J. Ogg, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did so <br />on or about April 14, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, a Deed of Trust <br />wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot 5, Block 3, Westerhoffs First Subdivision, an addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, except the East 13 feet <br />and the Westerly 40 feet thereof <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Equicredit Corporation of Ne., <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 22, 1997, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 102983. <br />On or about April 16, 1997, Equicredit Corporation ofNe., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Equicredit Corporation of America. The Assignment was <br />recorded August 11, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 97- 106421. <br />On or about April 16, 1997, Equicredit Corporation of America, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, <br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to First Bank National Association, M. U/A dtd 6/01/97 <br />(Home Equity Loan Trust 1997 -2). The Assignment was recorded August 11, 1997, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 106422. <br />Michael E.
