<br />consideration of $1.00 AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to GRANTEES
<br />LESTER SCHWEITZER AND DOLORES JEANNINE SCHWEITZER,
<br />husband and wife as trustees of the
<br />Schweitzer Revocable Living Trust,
<br />dated January 10, 1994
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. X76 -201) in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South fifty feet of lots four, five and six, (S50' of lots 4, 5
<br />and 6), and all of lots seven, eight, and nine (lots 7, 8, 9)
<br />together with the alleyway between aforesaid lots, all in block
<br />five (5), Robinsons addition to the village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully siesed of such real estate, and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons claiming the same or any part thereof through, by or
<br />under Grantor.
