This Deed is made by DARREL THOMSSEN as Personal <br />Representative of the Estate of EVELYN I. THOMSSEN, Deceased, S <br />Grantor, to DARREL THOMSSEN, Grantee. d <br />WHEREAS, the Last Will of EVELYN I.
