<br /> Remova�of impro�em�n�s. Trustor 5hall not demolish�r remove any Impra��ments from�h��eal Property without
<br /> Lender's priar wri�ten consen�. As a conditivn to the rem��al vf any impro�ernents,Lendar may require Tr�.is�ar to
<br /> make arrangernents sa�isfactvey �o Lender to �-epface such fmpro�emen�s with Impra�ements of a� ieast �quai
<br /> rra�u�.
<br /> Lender's Right tv En�er. Lender and Lender's ag�nts and represen�atives may en��r upvn fh� F�eal Prvperty at a�l
<br /> reasanab[e �imes to atfend �n Lender's interests and t� inspect �he F�ea! F'roperty far purpases of Trus�vr's
<br /> Gomplian�e with the terms and condi�Fons of this ❑eed af T�usf,
