KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GARY F MEYER, UNMARRIED
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated September 12, 1985, and recorded September 12. 1985, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 85- 004440 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to

<br />JOHN STREET, A DEPTH OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO FEET (132') AND BOUNDED
<br />ON THE WESTERLY SIDE BY ADAMS STREET; AND BEING WHAT WOULD BE LOT
<br />FOUR (4), IN SAID BLOCK ELEVEN (11) WERE IT SUBDIVIDED INTO LOTS IN THE
<br />SAME MANNER AS THE FULL BLOCKS IN SAID ADDITION THAT ARE SUBDIVIDED
<br />INTO EIGHT (8) LOTS.
