THIS DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made on January 29, 2001 <br />TheTrustoris Reinaldo Alvarez and Maria Menjivar, Husband and Wife <br />("Borrower"). The trustee is Ti cor Title Insurance Company <br />( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Major Mortgage <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of and <br />whose address is 2535 N. Carleton Ave., Suite C, Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />( "Lender ").
