<br />1. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed
<br />by LAURA MADRID, single, as Trustor, to Duane A. Burns, Attorney, as Trustee, for GRAND
<br />ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary,
<br />dated May 31, 2006, and recorded June 1, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200604927, AND dated May 31, 2006, and recorded
<br />June 1, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200604928, have been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Description of real estate.
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), in Block Two (2), Roush Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
