<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little
<br />B's Corp., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as
<br />Document #99- 106139, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 17th day
<br />of June, 1999, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the
<br />attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />a /k/a 1917 Summerfield Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68803
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded
<br />as Document #99- 106139 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, city of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska on the 17th day of June, 1999, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate
<br />not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 4th day of August, 2015.
