<br />as Instrument No. 0200010385 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Beverly S. Encinger, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. is named as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on April 22, 1994 as
<br />Instrument No. 94- 103308 in the Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska concerning the following real estate:
