Moore, a single person <br />, herein called the grantor whether one or more, <br />in consideration of Four Thousand and no /100 ( $4,000,00) Dollars <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto <br />George D. Allan, Jr. and Delores J. Allan <br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real <br />property in Hm?.. County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) Block.
