<br />Corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration of FIFTY -NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
<br />AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($59,900.00), received from GRANTEE, KELLY SWEET and 7
<br />HEATHER SWEET, Husband and Wife, GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block One (1) in Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, located in and comprising Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Garrett's
<br />Subdivision, in the Northeast Quarter (NW' /a) of Section Nine (9), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
