Buck and Carol <br />Trotta Buck, husband and wife (whether one or more, the "Trustor ") , <br />Trustor under the below described Deed of Trust, and Trustor's <br />successors in interest and all persons claiming by, through or <br />under the Trustor, in and to the Real Estate, including all such <br />right, title, interest and claim in and to the Real Estate acquired <br />by said Trustor or Trustor's successors and interest subsequent to <br />the execution of this Trustee's Deed, all in accordance with Neb. <br />Rev.
