<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Rick D. Lange, Trustee under the below described Deed of Trust
<br />(hereinafter the "Grantor "), for good and valuable consideration,
<br />the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby transfer, S
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto HFTA First Financial o
<br />Corporation (hereinafter, whether one or more, the "Grantee ") ,
<br />grantee's successors and assigns, the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />The W1 /2 of the following described tract: Part of
<br />the North 10 acres of the W1 /2 NW1 /4 of Section 10,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of the North
<br />10 acres of the W1 /2 NW1 /4 of said Section 10, which
<br />point is 1,056.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of
<br />said North 10 acres of the W1 /2 NW1 /4 of said Section 10,
<br />running thence South parallel to the East line of said
<br />North 10 acres of the W1 /2 NW1 /4 of said Section 10,
<br />331.0 feet, running thence West parallel to the North
<br />line of said tract, 132.0 feet, running thence North
<br />parallel to the East line of said tract, .331.0 feet, to
<br />a point on the North line of said 10 acre tract, running
<br />thence East along and upon the North line of said 10 acre
<br />tract, 132.0 feet to the actual point of beginning,
<br />subject however to 1/2 of the county road to the North of
<br />said premises, Hall County, Nebraska(the "Real Estate ")
<br />subject to any and all (1) real estate taxes, (2) special
<br />assessments, (3) easements, covenants, and restrictions of record
<br />which affect this property, and (4) any liens that are superior to
<br />the lien of HFTA First Financial Corporation pursuant to that
<br />certain Deed of Trust which has been filed of record with the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds on June 17, 1996, at Instrument No. 96-
<br />104682.
<br />This Trustee's Deed shall operate to convey from Grantor, as
<br />Trustee, to Grantee, as purchaser, all of Grantor's title and all
<br />right, title, interest and claim of Clarence E. Buck and Carol
<br />Trotta Buck, husband and wife (whether one or more, the "Trustor ") ,
<br />Trustor under the below described Deed of Trust, and Trustor's
<br />successors in interest and all persons claiming by, through or
<br />under the Trustor, in and to the Real Estate, including all such
<br />right, title, interest and claim in and to the Real Estate acquired
<br />by said Trustor or Trustor's successors and interest subsequent to
<br />the execution of this Trustee's Deed, all in accordance with Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. § 76- 1010(2).
<br />In accordance with the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-
<br />1010, Grantor recites that:
<br />1. This Trustee's Deed relates to that certain Deed of Trust
<br />by and between Trustor, R. Kent Radke as Trustee, and Transamerica
<br />Financial Services (Inc.) as Beneficiary, which said Deed of Trust
