DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, �.,S`s <br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 14, 1998 executed by Jack E. Rasmussen, a married <br />person, and Joanne L.
