<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 13, 2013, executed by Jordan Bamhart, A Single Person, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201305766 on
<br />the 18th day of July, 2013, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
