EXTENSION AGREEMENT This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this I Nkday of &- , 2000, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and WILLIAM G STOVALL AND KAY C STOVALL HUSBAND AND WIFE hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated May 2, 2000, and filed for record on May 8. 2000, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as Document # 200003707. WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of NOVEMBER 1. 2025. WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to December 1.2025. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
