QUITCLAIM DEED

<br />ALBERT DALE SASS, GRANTOR, joined in with Sharon Emily Sass, his wife, in
<br />consideration of ONE DOLLARS ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
<br />quitclaims to ALBERT DALE SASS and SHARON EMILY SASS, TRUSTEES OF THE
<br />SASS FAMILY TRUST, dated July 27, 2015, and any amendments thereto,
<br />GRANTEES, all of GRANTOR'S interest in the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Lot D of Garden Subdivision of Lot One (1), on Mainland in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. EXCEPTING a tract of land described
<br />as follows: Commencing at the Northwest (NW) corner of Lot D, thence
<br />proceeding in a Southerly direction along said Section line la distance of
<br />338.8 feet, thence proceeding East and parallel to the North line of Lot D a
<br />distance of 353.5 feet, thence proceeding North parallel to the West line of
<br />Section Thirteen (13), a distance of 338.8 feet to the North line of Lot D,
<br />thence proceeding Westerly along and upon said North line a distance of
<br />353.5 feet to the place of beginning and further EXCEPTING that part of
<br />Lot D condemned by the City of Grand Island shown in Book R at Page 29
<br />of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and subject to
<br />one -half ( %) of the county road on the West line of said property.
<br />The East Half (E') of the South Two (2) acres of Lot C in Garden
<br />Subdivision of Lot One (1) on Mainland, Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, being a tract
<br />353.5 feet running East and West and 123'/ feet running Forth and South
<br />and more particularly described as commencing at the Southeast (SE)
<br />corner of Lot C above described and proceeding in a Northerly direction
<br />parallel with the West line of Lot C a distance of 123'/ feet, thence
<br />proceeding in a Westerly direction parallel with the South line of said Lot C
<br />a distance of 353.5 feet, thence proceeding in a Southerly direction
<br />parallel to the East line of said Lot C a distance of 123'/ feet to a point on
<br />the South line of said Lot C, thence proceeding Easterly along and upon
<br />the South line of said Lot C a distance of 353.5 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.

<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING therefrom tracts of
<br />land more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 101, Page 337,
<br />in Deed recorded in Book 104, Page 332, in Deed recorded in Book 104,
<br />Page 435, and in Personal Representative's Deed recorded as Document
<br />No. 88- 106895.
