<br />LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

<br />DO WHEREAS, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Nebraska loaned, THEODORE R.
<br />ffl SHAFER and KARLA SHAFER, Husband and Wife, the sum of EIGHTY -THREE THOUSAND
<br />0 SIX HUNDRED THIRTY AND NO /100 dollars ($83,630.00), as evidenced by a Note and Deed of
<br />Trust executed and delivered on JUNE 25, 1999, which Deed of Trust is duly recorded in the County
<br />where the mortgaged property is located, Which Note and Deed of Trust are hereby incorporated
<br />herein as a part of this instrument,
<br />AND WHEREAS, the undersigned, owner of the mortgaged property has found it necessary and
<br />does hereby request a modification of the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust for the following
<br />reasons:
<br />■ Convert loan from a Single Payment to Monthly Payments.
<br />■ Monthly Payments will be $520.93 beginning March 20, 2000.
<br />■ The term will be 180 months.
<br />■ The Interest Rate will be 9.75%
<br />■ The Maturity Date will be February 20, 2015.
<br />■ All other terms to remain the same.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the parties desire to restate the modified terms of said Note and Deed of Trust so
<br />that there shall be no misunderstanding of the matter,
<br />THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that, as of the date of this Agreement, the unpaid balance of said
<br />indebtedness is FORTY -NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY -FOUR AND 06/100
<br />dollars ($49,174.06) all of which the undersigned promises to pay with interest at 9.75% per annum
<br />until paid, and that the same shall be payable FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY AND 93/100 dollars
<br />($520.93) per month beginning on the 20th day of MARCH, 2000, to be applied first to interest and
<br />balance to principal, plus a sum estimated to be sufficient to pay taxes and insurance obligations
<br />(which estimated sum may be adjusted as necessary) and that in all other respects, said Note and
<br />Deed of Trust shall remain in full force and effect.
<br />Legal Description: Lots 118, 119, 120 and 121, in Hawthorne Place, Hall County, Nebraska.
