<br /> Rem4val of Imprar►ements. Trustor shall nat demalish or remove any Improvements from the R�al Property v�►ithouf
<br /> Lender's priar wri�t�n consent. As a conditian to the �emv�al a�any lrnpra�ements� Lender may require Trustor to
<br /> make arrangements satisfact�ry to Lender to replace such Irnpra�ements with Irnpro�em�nts ��F at least equal
<br /> �al ue.
<br /> Lender's Righ#�ko Enter. Lender and Lender's ag�nts an� representati�es may en�er upon �he Real Property at ail
<br /> reason�k�l� times ta attend to Lender's inter�sts and to inspe�t the Rea[ Praperty for purpvses o� Trustor`s
<br /> compliance with�he fierms and conditions of this Deed o�`Trust.
<br /> Compliance with Ga��rnmental Requirernents. Trustor shall promptly comply vuith a�l laws, ordinances, and
<br /> regula�ions, now ar hereaf�er in effect, of al� go�ernrnental authari�ies applicabl� to the use or a�cupancy of the
<br /> Property, including withvu�limi�atian, the Americans With ❑isabilities Act. Trustor may contesfi in good faith any
