DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., has <br />been appointed as Trustee, replacing Brad Holtorf, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated January <br />13, 2000, and filed on February 11, 2000, as Instrument No. 02- 00001161 of the Miscellaneous Records <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 133, UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COS SECOND <br />ADDITION, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for July, 1999, through February, 2000, with a total <br />current amount due and owing of $3,135.36. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Donald <br />J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska <br />statute § 76 -1012. <br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Donald J.
