rn <br />-n (M <br />z <br />M x <br />> �< <br />J d <br />200100566 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 12, 1999 executed by Harry L Rogan and Carol A Rogan, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Q <br />Document #0099107269, on the 19th day of July 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT 4, BLOCK 4, VALLEY VIEW SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of January, 2001. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: Tim A.
