<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured to be paid by the DEED OF TRUST executed by MICHAEL D.
<br />MIZNER AND CYNTHIA J. MIZNER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, to UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, as Trustee, naming UNITED NEBRASKA BANK as Beneficiary and which Deed of Trust was dated
<br />AUGUST 26 1996 and recorded on AUGUST 30, 1996 in the County Recorder's Office of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA as Document# 96- 106862 of Official Records has been fully paid; said Deed of Trust conveyed
<br />real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and more particularly described as follows:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THIRTY ONE (31), CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust noted
<br />above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and
<br />convey unto the present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and interest derived to
<br />the said Trustee, by or through said Deed of Trust, in the real property situated in the County of HALL, State of
<br />NEBRASKA, therein described, together with the appurtenances, special references being hereby made to said
<br />Deed of Trust and the record thereof for a particular description of said real property.
