<br />ISLAND as Beneficiary and which Deed of Trust was dated MAY 24 1996 and recorded on MAY 29 1996 in
<br />the County Recorder's Office of HALL County, NEBRASKA as Document # 96- 104179 has been fully paid;
<br />said Deed of Trust conveyed real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TEN (10) PARKHILL THIRD SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and
<br />convey unto the present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and interest derived to
<br />the said Trustee, by or through said Deed of Trust, in the real property situated in the County of HALL, State of
<br />NEBRASKA, therein described, together with the appurtenances, special references being hereby made to said
<br />Deed of Trust and the record thereof for a particular description of said real property.
