<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured to be paid by the DEED OF TRUST executed by JANET R.
<br />ELLISON, A SINGLE PERSON, as Trustor, to AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY, as Trustee, naming HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary and which Deed of
<br />Trust was dated MARCH 31, 1994 and recorded on MARCH 31 1994 in the County Recorder's Office of
<br />HALL County, NEBRASKA as Document # 94- 102623 has been fully paid; said Deed of Trust conveyed real
<br />property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and more particularly described as follows:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK SIX (6), GILBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and
<br />convey unto the present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and interest derived to
