<br />N OF PROPERTY COVERED BY A CONSTRUCTION DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />mai County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 26, 2013, executed by JEH Holdings, LLC, a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as document #201302436 in the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County , Nebraska, on the 28th day of March, 2013.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), HORNADY SECOND SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 26, 2013, recorded as
<br />documents #201302436 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of July, 2015.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance of a Portion of Property Covered by Deed of Trust was
<br />acknowledged before me this 10th day of July, 2015 by Tim A. Wojcik, President of Five Points Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
