<br />consideration of partial payment of obligation, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm
<br />unto Concord Development, LLC, a Mebraska - Limited LWWity Company herein called the grantee
<br />whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 2, Block 2, Crane Valley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This is a reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above described real estate
<br />and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 27th day of October, 1999, and recorded as
<br />Instrument Number 99- 110696 or Page X in Book X. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -1014 (Reissue 1976) and paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the grantee and to the grantee's heirs and assigns' forever.
