<br /> oil and gas},coal,ciay,scoria, soil,gra�el or rock praducts vvithou�Lender's priar written consent.
<br /> Remo�al�f Imprv�ernentsx Trustor shall not demo�ish or remo�e any Cmprovem�nts fram#he Reaf Prop�rty v�i�hout
<br /> Lender's pr�ar written consen#. As a condi�ion�o the r�mo�a��f any Impro�ements, Lender may require Trustvr tv
<br /> make arrangemen�s sa�isfactvry t� Lender t� r�p�ace such Impro�em�n#s with Impra�emen�s o� at l�ast equa�
<br /> va�ue.
<br /> Lender's Right to EntQr. L�nd�r and Lender's agents and representati�es may ente�upon the Real Property at a!i
<br /> �easonabl� tirnes to attend �a Lender's interes�s and tn insp��t th� Real Prape�y for purpases af Trus#or's
<br /> comp�ianc�Wvith the terms and conditions of this �eed a�T�ust.
<br /> G�mp��ance w�#h Covernmenta� R�quirements. Trustor shal[ promptfy c�mp[y with all laws, �rdinances, and
<br /> regulations, now or herea�ter in efi�ect, of a�l goWernmental au#hor�ties applicab�e to the use or accupancy �f the
<br /> Prop��ky. Trusto�may cQntest in go�d�aith any such law, or�inanc�,ar regu�ation and w�thhold camp�iance during
<br /> any proceeding, in�iuding apprapriafe appeals, s❑ long as Trus�or has na��fied Lend�r in wr�t�ng prior to daing s❑
<br /> and so Inng as, in L�nd�r's sole opinian, Lender`s interests in the Property are nflt�eopardized. Lende�may require
<br /> Trustar to past adequa�e secu�i�y ar a surety bond, reasonab[y satisfactory�a Lender,to pra�ect Lender's in�er�st.
<br /> Duty t� Pra��ct. Trustor ag�ees neither�a abandan a� ��ave unat�end�d the Praperty. Trusta�shall do a�l �ther
<br /> acts, in addition�o those acts set forth above in this section,which from�he charact�r and use o�the Properky are
<br /> reasonably necessary�o pro#ect and preserve the Property.
<br /> TAXES AND LlENS. The fo!lowing pro�isians relating to fihe taxes and liens on the Properky are part o�this Deed a�
<br /> Trus�:
<br /> Payrnen�. T�us�or shall pay when due �and in all ev�nts p�ior to delinquency}a�l taxes,specia!taxes, assessments,
<br /> charges �including water and sew�r}, fines and imposi�ions levied against or on acc�un�a�th�Property, and sh�ll
<br /> pay when due all �taims for wor-k done an or for s�rvices rendered or ma��r�a�furr�ished �o the Proper�y. Trust�r
<br /> shall maintain the Proper�y free of ai! li�ns ha�ing priflrity over�r equa�to the interest of Lender under�his Deed of
<br /> Trust, exc�pt f�r the li�n �f taxes and assessments not du�, except fo� the Existing Indebtedness ref�rred to
<br /> be{ow, and exce�t as otherwise prov[ded �n �h�s Deed of T�ust.
