<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />By:
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 20, 2012, and Assignment of Rents dated March 20, 2012,
<br />executed by Everett M. Garey, not personally but as Trustee on behalf of Jaculyn J. Garey Revoc
<br />Trust, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />entered as Instrument No. 201202131 on the 20th of March, 2012, and entered as Instrument No.
<br />201202132 on the 20th of March, 2012, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Westerly Sixty and Five Tenths Feet (60.5') of Lot Two (2) and the Easterly Eighty
<br />Nine and Five Tenths Feet (89.5') of Lot Three (3), Chief Industries Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of
<br />Rents has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 8 day of July, 2015.
