<br /> e. Impr�vements. The buildin�s, each p�rti�n�f the Property canstitutin�a base�r
<br /> foundation for mobile home structures and any additional portion �f the Property leased in
<br /> connection therevvith �each, a"Pad Site" and c�llectively, the"Pad SiteS"} structures, fixtures,
<br /> additions, enlargements, e�tension�, mo�lification�, repair�, replacements an�l improvements n�vv
<br /> or hereafter erected or located on the Land �c�llectively, the"lmpro�ernents"�;
<br /> f. Easements. All easements, rights-of-way or use, rights, strips and gores of land,
<br /> streets, �a�s, alleys, passages, sewer rights, vvater, vvater courses, water rights and povvers, air
<br /> rights and devel�pment rights, and all estates, rights, titles, interests, privileges, liberties,
<br /> servitudes, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances of any nature vvhatsoever, in any Way
<br /> novv or hereafter belonging, relating or pertaining to the Land and the Impro�ements�and the
<br /> reversions and remainders, and all land l��ing in the bed of any street, road or avenue, opened or
<br /> proposed, in front of or a�lj oining the Land, to the center line thereof and all the estates, rights,

<br /> manufactured h�usin�units (each a"Mobile Home" and collectively, "M�bile Homes"},
<br /> fi�tures (including, but not limited to, all heating, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting,
<br /> communicati�ns and elevator fixtures}, furniture, softvvare used in or to �perate any af the
<br /> foregoing and other propert� of e�ery kind and nature vvhatsae�er o�vned by BorroWer, or in
<br /> vvhich Borravver has or shall have an interest, novv or hereafter locate�upon the Land and the
