TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Carol <br />A Lambracht, A Single Person, Trustor to AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of <br />THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named <br />therein, dated December 23, 1997, and recorded January 5, 1998, Document #98- 100044, <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said <br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the <br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these <br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all <br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the <br />following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />THE WESTERLY ONE -HALF (W' /2) OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK <br />SIX (6), KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, SUBJECT TO <br />EASEMENT RECORDED 10/22/74 IN BOOK 27, PAGE 442, AND <br />SUPPLEMENT TO EASEMENT RECORDED 9/29/75 IN BOOK 29, <br />PAGE 448, ALL IN THE MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS OF THE <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRAKSA. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this day February 5, 2000 <br />TRUSTEE AREM R.
