WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JON W. OLSON AND SANDRA M. OLSON as Trustor to
<br />NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK, A NEBRASKA
<br />CORPORATION the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 27, 1998
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument No. 98- 107440
<br />and beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by Assignment recorded in Book
<br />Page or Instrument No. 98- 107441 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to
