<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 7, 1999, and Modification of said Deed of Trust dated
<br />January 19, 2005, and executed by Julio Marroquin Sarceno and Rosa Barrientos,
<br />n Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />y undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on December 7, 1999 and January 25, 2005, as Instrument No. 99111624 and
<br />200500632, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2), Fractional Block Four (4), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska this 29th day of June, 2015.
