WHEREAS, all the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael H. Whitefoot, A Single Person as
<br />Trustor to LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION as Trustee for the benefit of SUPERIOR MORTGAGE, INC. the benefi
<br />named therein, dated 03/15/1984, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL, 03/15/1984, in or
<br />Instrument Number 84- 001368 and Beneficial Interest In said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page
