<br />You are hereby notified that Larry J. Musquiz and Brenda R. Musquiz, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about November 16, 1992, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real
<br />property:
<br />That Part of the East Half (E1 /2) of Block Ten (10) in Sheridan Place, in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, located in the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Eight (8) in Township
<br />Eleven North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly
<br />described as: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Block 10,
<br />running thence North along the East line of said Block 10, a distance of
<br />121.33 feet; turning thence West and running a distance of 66 feet; turning
<br />thence South and running a distance of 121.33 feet to the South Line of said
<br />Block 10; turning thence East and running along the South line of said
<br />Block 10, a distance of 66 feet to the place of beginning
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 17, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92- 109984.
<br />On or about November 16, 1992, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment
<br />was recorded November 17, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 92- 109990.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
