<br />That Grantor, Cynthia Louise Pfeil, also known as Cynthia L. Pfeil, a single person, in
<br />consideration of the satisfaction of the obligations contained in the Land Contract filed for record
<br />on May 27, 2008, as Document No. 200804564, and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to Kevin D. Lewis and LaVonne H. Lewis,
<br />husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in
<br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of said South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (S1/2SW1/4); thence running northerly along the west line of said South
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4), on an Assumed Bearing of
<br />N00 °05'14" W, a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty One and
<br />Seventy Eight Hundredths (1321/8) feet, to the northwest comer of said South

<br />S00 °22'18" E, a distance of Five Hundred Ninety and Forty Seven Hundredths
<br />(590.47) feet, to a point on the south line of said South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (S1/2SW1/4); thence running N89 °53'26" W, along the south line of said
<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4), a distance of One Thousand
<br />Two Hundred Sixty Nine and Thirty Eight Hundredths (1269.38) feet, to the point
<br />of beginning and containing 42.123 acres more of less of which 1.938 acres more
<br />or less is presently occupied by public road right of way.
<br />1. is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
