<br />PARK, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 and MARY E DAVIS, whose address is 505 W STOLLEY PARK, GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NE 68801; HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS ( "Trustor "); Bank One, NA , whose address is
