<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Wood River, Nebraska,
<br />as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Wood River Area Economic &
<br />Housing Development Corporation, A Nebraska Corporation and Heritage Bank,
<br />Wood River Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of April 13 ,
<br />2007 and recorded April 19, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument # 0200703166, has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys
<br />without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4) of
<br />Section Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P. M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom the south Forty One (41) rods (676.50'), and excepting therefrom parcels
<br />previously conveyed in Documents 90- 103566 and 90- 105403 recorded in the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Office, said tract, less exceptions being more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4); thence running northerly, along and upon the west line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Six Hundred Seventy Six and
<br />Five Tenths (676.50 feet) (41) Rods; thence running easterly, along and upon the north line of the south
<br />41 Rods of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Thirty Three
<br />(33.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning, said point being on the easterly right of way line of Walnut
<br />Street, which is Thirty Three (33.0) feet east of (measured perpendicular) to the west line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE /4), thence continuing easterly along and upon
<br />the previously described course, a distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Nine and Five Tenths
<br />(1289.50') feet to a point on the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4
<br />SE1 /4), said point being Six Hundred Seventy Six and Five Tenths (676.50) feet (41) Rods north of the
<br />southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4); thence running
<br />northerly,along and upon the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4
<br />SE1 /4), a distance of Six Hundred Forty Seven (647.0) feet to the northeast corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4); thence running westerly, along and upon the north
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Nine Hundred
<br />Thirty Nine and Four Tenths (939.4)feet to a point which is Three Hundred Eighty Three (383.0) feet
<br />east of the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4); thence
<br />running southerly, parallel with the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SW1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Fifty (50.0) feet; thence running westerly, parallel with the north line of
<br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Three Hundred Fifty
<br />(350.0) feet to a point on the easterly right of way line of Walnut Street said point being Thirty Three
<br />(33.0) feet east of (measured perpendicular to) the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4); thence running southerly, along and upon said easterly right of way line of
<br />Walnut Street, and being Thirty Three (33.0) feet east of (measured perpendicular to) and parallel with
<br />the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Five
<br />Hundred Ninety Six and Eighty Five Hundredths (596.85) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning.
