<br />NEBRASKA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT SIXTEEN (16), FONNER VIEW SUBDIVISION, IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
