TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Galen E. Stehlik, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust <br />recorded as Document #93- 101754, wherein Steven L. Heusel and <br />Shelly Heusel, husband and wife, were Grantors /Trustors and Herbert <br />W. Heusel and Lora B. Heusel were Beneficiaries, in performance of <br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given to me in <br />and by such instrument, and in consideration of payment of the debt <br />in full, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and <br />reconveys to Steven L. Heusel and Shelly Heusel, husband and wife, <br />Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (4) and the West One -Half (W1 /2) of Lot Three <br />(3), Block Thirty -seven (37), Original Town of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured <br />by the Trust Deed recorded as Document #93- 101754 in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Executed this day of February, 2000. <br />alen E.
