This EXHIBIT "A" is attached to and by this reference is made a part of the Deed of Trust ^ dated June 23, 2015, and <br />executed in connection with a loan or other financial accommodations between NEBRASKA BANK OF COMMERCE and <br />JoEI Investment Group, LLC. <br />The reference herein to Personal Property and fixtures shall mean non -trade fixtures, but shall specifically exclude, <br />without limitation, all kitchen equipment, signs and sign poles, cabinets, counters, menu and reader boards and neon <br />lighting. <br />Partial Release Provision. Subject to no Event of Default and no remaining uncured default, with respect to Lot 22, <br />Meadowlark West Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, when requested to be <br />reconveyed, Borrower shall pay to Lender a release amount of $ 2.'
